We will not open tomorrow, Saturday 31st December as we've sold out of ripe cherries.

We still have some unripe Stella, Simone, Lapins and Sweethearts on the trees, so will assess the orchard towards the end of next week to see if we can open on the weekend, 7th-8th January 2023. So keep an eye on our facebook and instagram pages, this website and the fresh fruit app for details!

We will be open from Thursday 29th to Saturday 31st December, from 8am to 4pm with last entry being at 3pm each day.  There are still plenty of cherries in the orchard, but you will have to walk a bit further and work a it harder to fill your buckets from multiple trees.

We will be open 8am to 4pm daily until sold out (note, we may close early in hot weather, but opening times will be updated each evening before on the Fresh Fruit app and on our fb and insta pages). Please note that due to the small and sparse crop this year, we suggest you get in early to avoid disappointment and you will have to work a bit harder to fill your buckets.

Our cherries are still ripening believe it or not! But the expected warmer weather to come will certainly help bring them along, so we still expect to be opening after Christmas and are checking the orchard each day to determine when we will be ready to go. We will keep you posted! 

.What a cold summer we are having so far! This cold weather is slowing down ripening of the cherries, such that our orchard is still not ready to be picked. We are hoping to open between Christmas and New Year's at this stage 🤞.

So our apologies to all of you who were hoping to have cherries on your Christmas table - but the warm weather predicted for the following week will surely help with ripening.

So while we wait for these cherries to ripen, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and hope to see you in the next one to two weeks. 

 Our cherries are still doing their best to ripen up, so unfortunately we are not yet ready to open. It is looking like it will be next weekend before they will be ready to pick, due to the cooler weather we've had here in the Hills during the week. But you know what that means, don't you? Fresh cherries on the Christmas table!!

Our cherries are coming along! We will start our season mid-December, which is when we expect our cherries to be fully ripened. We are keeping a close eye on the orchard between now and then, and will be able to have more certainty around opening dates in the next week or so.
